Mathieson's cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful. Some of
our most popular cakes:
Chocolate
Chocolate Truffle - A moist chocolate cake layered with rich
creamy chocolate truffle filling. With or without hazelnuts,
almond, or liqueur.
Country
Carrot Cake - Two Styles - Both cakes are layered with a
light cream cheese filling.

delectable mixture of fresh carrots, toasted walnuts and spices
make this one of our most requested cakes.
2. A superb
combination of carrots and whole wheat flour with pineapple and
coconut. A classic favorite with a delightful twist.
Classic
White Cake - With a buttery pound cake flavor. This
exquisite cake can be layered with an array of fillings.
Some
favorites include: light lemon cream, chocolate truffle, rich
lemon curd, and raspberry preserves with buttercream. Many more
choices are available.
